  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@animatedprint.com or (661) 942-0911 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
